What the Plus (+) : A Group Art Exhibition by 17 local LGBTQ2S+ (& allied) artists took place June 20-July 25, 2020 at The Art Centre ~ Powell River Public Gallery, in Powell River, British Columbia, Canada.

Although LBGQT2 stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, Queer/Questioning and 2-Spirited, the plus (+) that is usually included after the initialism encompasses a list of other identities that fall under the queer umbrella. Our group art exhibition features 17 local artists ranging in age from 12 to 65+, working in various media, focusing on the ‘+’ itself, as it indicates a range or ‘gradient’, representing the fluid spectrum of human gender and sexuality.
